Polaris Victory Factory Training Comes to PSI
PowerSport Institute will become the new home of Polaris Factory Training
CLEVELAND, OH – The PowerSport Institute today added to our list of factory training partners with the addition of Polaris/Victory. Coupled with Kawasaki factory training, PSI is rapidly becoming the place to “Train where the manufacturer’s train.”
Polaris/Victory has completed its plans to begin training dealer technicians in the repair and maintenance of Polaris/Victory Products right in the new PowerSport Institute campus facility. In addition, Polaris will fully support PSI’s training program.
PSI, a division of Ohio Technical College, has already begun its move into the new home in North Randall, Ohio, which spans more than 210,000 square feet on 15 acres and will feature manufacturer training and event facilities.
“We are excited and proud to have a world class partner like Polaris to support our program.” With Polaris’ support our students will have access to the latest technology on the market today. We are even more excited to have the opportunity to provide factory training for dealerships’ technicians throughout the Midwest and look forward to a long lasting partnership on many levels,’ said Bernie Thompson, PSI campus director.
The Polaris Factory Training Center will consist of classroom, shop and storage facilities on the PSI campus and will begin training on May 5th, 2008.
The new PSI facility is now open for training and includes over 350 training vehicles, wireless networking and computer diagnostic stations as well as service counters in each of the manufacturer shops to simulate actual service environments for training.
